the group

Three subsidiaries. One communications consulting practice.

Each subsidiary carries a distinct discipline; ideation, creation and narration, or evaluation and delivery. All three are anchored to the same standard: interventions, projects, and campaigns that produce sustained growth and measurable impact, for whoever we’re serving, be it a founder, an NGO, or a government.

Subsidiary 01

Orro Wox Consulting

Strategy, ideation, and problem definition. The research and thinking engine of the Group.

Strategy, ideation, and problem definition. The research and thinking engine of the Group.

Orro Wox Consulting works at the level of the idea itself; the assumptions, evidence, and design choices behind an intervention, project, or campaign. We help leaders across the private sector, public sector, and development space see the real problem clearly before we design any response to it.

Ideation without narration goes unheard. Narration without ideation is noise dressed up as content. Consulting, creative, and evaluation are not separate units here, they are one practice, because a good intervention needs the thinking, the telling, and the proof, together.

Subsidiary 02

Orro Wox Communication, Media & Brand Solutions (COMBS)

Integrated media, content, and communications infrastructure; the creation and narration engine.

COMBS builds the platforms, production capability, and communications infrastructure that organisations need to reach, move, and retain the audiences that matter most to an intervention, project, or campaign’s success.

Where Consulting defines the idea, COMBS builds and tells it. Where ideation creates direction, narration creates momentum. Together they form a complete practice: the thinking and the telling, in one place.

An intervention that cannot tell its own story cannot sustain its own impact.

Subsidiary 03

Orro Wox Centre for Social Impact Development (CENSID)

The mission-driven, evaluation-led arm. The same rigour applied to the interventions that determine quality of life for Africa’s everyday people.

CENSID applies the full Orro Wox practice; ideation, creation, narration, and evaluation to the outcomes that matter most: behaviour change, policy communication, humanitarian messaging, and institutional capacity building. This is not charity work appended to a consulting firm; it is a distinct, professionalised practice equipped to partner with governments, NGOs, multilaterals, and development finance organisations at scale.

We bring ideation, creative narration, and rigorous evaluation together in service of outcomes people can feel, not just reports people can file. The standard is always the same: can we prove, with evidence, that the person at the far end of this intervention is better off?

Africa’s development challenges are not short of ambition. They are short of interventions that are properly ideated, properly narrated, and properly evaluated all the way to the last person they were meant to reach.
