the group

Three mandates. One architecture. A unified purpose

Each subsidiary has a distinct identity and clientele. All are anchored to the same operating standard: transformation that reaches individuals, industries, and institutions measured at the person, not the policy.

Subsidiary 01

Orro Wox Consulting

Strategy, systems design, and problem solving. The research and intellectual engine of the Group.

Orro Wox Consulting works at the level of the operating logic; the decisions, assumptions, and design choices that govern how a system behaves, regardless of what is added to it. We help leaders in the private sector, public sector, and development space see the actual problem before designing any solution.

Strategy without narrative fails. Communication without strategy is noise. Consulting and communications are not separate units here, they are an integrated practice because real transformation requires both the architecture and the story.

When the system keeps failing despite everything you have tried, the problem is usually not what it appears to be.

Subsidiary 02

Orro Wox Communication
& Media Solutions

Integrated media, content strategy, and communications infrastructure.

Orro Wox Communication & Media Solutions provides the platforms, production capability, and communications architecture that organisations need to reach, move, and retain the audiences that matter most.

Where Consulting redesigns the logic, Communications & Media builds the infrastructure to broadcast it. Where strategy creates direction, narrative creates momentum. Together they form a complete system, the thinking and the telling

A system that cannot tell its own story cannot sustain its own transformation.

Subsidiary 03

Orro Wox Centre for Social Impact & International Development

The mission-driven arm. The same rigour applied to the development challenges that determine quality of life for Africa’s everyday people.

The Centre applies the full Orro Wox system to the outcomes that matter most; behaviour change, policy influence, humanitarian communication, and institutional capacity building. This is not charity work appended to a consulting firm. It is a distinct, professionalised practice equipped to partner with governments, NGOs, multilaterals, and development finance organisations at scale.

We bring strategy and narrative together in service of outcomes that can be felt not just reported. The measurement standard is always the same: did the person at the furthest edge of the system feel the difference?

Africa’s development challenges are not short of ambition. They are short of systems that deliver the ambition to the last person.
